Qualifications:
- Candidates should have a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a background in operational roles in accounting, or related fields.
- Experience handling an Accounting team is a plus.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience working in a BPO environment.
- Proficiency in using different Accounting software and MS Office applications
- Has strong leadership and team management skills.
