Position: SEO Specialist
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM (MST) | 9 PM - 6 AM (Philippine Time)
Salary Range: $900-$1500 / Monthly

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and optimizing various aspects of our digital content. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in SEO, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving improved website rankings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help Website Ranking: Employ advanced SEO strategies to improve the company website's overall ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs) and conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Optimize Blog Articles: Collaborate with content creators to optimize blog articles for search engines and implement on-page SEO techniques to enhance the visibility and relevance of blog content.
- Optimize On-Page SEO: Conduct on-page SEO audits, implement necessary optimizations, and ensure that website elements such as meta tags, headers, and URLs are optimized for search engines.
- Drive Traffic and Build Backlinks: Develop and execute strategies to drive targeted organic traffic to the website and build high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and content promotion.
- Content Writing: Generate SEO-friendly content, including website copy, blog posts, and meta descriptions, and collaborate with the content team to ensure a cohesive and optimized content strategy.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in SEO and has a proven track record of successfully implementing SEO strategies and achieving measurable results.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing.
- Must be able to execute projects on time and meet deadlines on schedule
- Attention to detail and a passion for SEO best practices.
- Experience in creating engaging and SEO-friendly content.
- Proven ability to generate and accelerate organic leads for business growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
TOOL REQUIREMENTS DESIRED:
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush (required).
- Familiarity with WooCommerce and WordPress is preferred.
DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 50mbps internet speed
- Must have at least two monitor setups or a large widescreen monitor
