We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Remote Property Manager Assistant. This role will support property managers in various administrative tasks and day-to-day operations, contributing to the overall success of the property management efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist property managers with administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining records
- Coordinate communication between property managers, tenants, and property owners
- Schedule appointments, property inspections, and maintenance visits as needed
- Monitor and respond to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Assist with tenant screening and lease administration processes
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by property managers
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Availability to work remotely with reliable internet access
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional after-hours or weekend tasks as needed
