Currently, we are hiring for a leading vacation rental company based in Arizona. This company specializes in offering guests unforgettable experiences in luxurious properties across the region. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable stays for their guests.

We are seeking Guest Services Agents to join the team remotely. The Guest Services Agents will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and comfort of guests throughout their stay. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with check-in/check-out processes remotely
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping services to ensure properties are clean and well-maintained
  • Address any guest concerns or issues remotely in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
