Requirements

• At least 1 year of BPO experience as a Subject Matter Expert or in any support role (Trainer / QA)
• Team Leader experience is a plus!
• Work experience using MS Applications is a plus (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Amenable to work ONSITE in Buendia, Makati
• Willing to work on night shifts
