Job Description
Salary: P90,000-120,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday Friday (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Certifications in project management, business administration, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of proven experience as Project Manager, with proficiency offshore or remote team coordination.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, JIRA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate cross-cultural dynamics and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Nice to Have:
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
What will you do?
- Ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects.
- Oversee and manage projects, ensure successful delivery within budget, timeline, and quality parameters.
- Coordinate with teams, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in coordination with stakeholders.
- Resource allocation. Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan promptly.
- Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support as needed. Conduct regular team meetings. Address any team conflicts or performance issues in a timely and constructive manner.
- Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project execution. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards for deliverables. Conduct regular quality assessments and audits. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
