Job Description
Salary: P70,000 to P90,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Experience in a role within a technical environment, preferably in HVAC or Electrical fields.
- Previous experience in preparing technical drawings, designs, and quotes using specialized software like Plandroid.
- Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges, both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities, work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and embrace new technologies or processes.
What will you do?
- Safety: Perform duties safely and responsibly, prioritize health and safety, report incidents, attend safety trainings, and comply with workplace health and safety regulations.
- People: Collaborate with team, provide training and share technical knowledge, encourage open communication and feedback, foster teamwork towards common goals.
- Sales: Promptly and courteously respond to inquiries across all branch channels (internal and external, including virtual teams and email) while supporting the network with HVAC expertise through plan development and design.
- HVAC Spare Parts- expected less than 20% of time: Support quoting, purchase orders, and customer follow-up, contribute to continuous improvement of spare parts processes for branch network, and to business development plan to enhance customer experience and drive efficiencies.
- Design- Expected 80% plus of time: Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications using specialized software. Collaborate with sales and production to develop customized solutions. Conduct thorough reviews and provide technical expertise and support to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance.
