Job Description
Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Knowledge and experience in AP/AR Function, Bank Reconciliation
- 3+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles, preferably in a startup environment.
- Experience in JOBPAC is a must.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software Xero and Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) and other financial software.
What will you do?
- Preparing Billing statements for the clients
- Preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Preparation of Billing Invoices and Statement of Account
- Compile and enter all creditor (payables) transaction documents
- Complete the monthly payment schedule
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities (End to end process)
- Managing accounts emails and queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting Ad hoc reporting requirements and general administration functions including maintaining appropriate document filing and archiving
