Job Description
Salary: P40,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday Friday (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Experience using Xero software.
- Experience with importing container loads, landed costs etc.
- Excellent computer skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with developing and maintaining inventory management systems.
- Detail oriented and systems focused.
- Familiarity with manufacturing industry
What will you do?
- Promptly address internal purchase requests made by staff members. These requests typically involve purchasing incidental items from local suppliers.
- Facilitate the anticipation of project requirements and collaborate with Project Managers to procure custom project-specific items.
- Work with marketing product development to order and create codes for new products.
- Proactively develop and maintain stock levels by regularly monitoring item usage history. Conduct regular checks on stock levels to prevent shortages and generate purchase orders as necessary.
- Request purchase orders (POs) and obtain approval from the manager. This should be done based on minimum stock levels or specific project requirements. Place the POs, which may include orders from overseas suppliers, filling containers, and consolidating multiple suppliers in a single container, among other tasks.
- Send purchase orders (POs) and communicate with suppliers. This includes adjusting quantities to fit containers, making pricing adjustments, updating estimated time of arrivals (ETA), collaborating with freight forwarders, and keeping the system's ETA up to date.
- Assist with Finance and Other Internal Staff collaborate with the Finance team to ensure the accuracy of Stock In and compliance with strict month-end procedures. Coordinate with Warehouse staff and other team members to effectively manage ETA's, stock issues, receiving issues, and related matters.
