Job Description

Salary: P90,000 to P140,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday Friday (07:30 AM - 04:30 PM NZT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in an MSP environment or has awareness of standard MSP environment and requirements.
  • Ability to deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain basic systems.
  • Working knowledge on Automation using Azure Automation or any related.
  • An awareness of Backup and Disaster Recovery technologies as well as best practices.
  • Understand the different cloud technologies integrated into Microsoft Azure. Be comfortable troubleshooting and maintain systems with IaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop, and the various networking components.
  • Comfortable supporting security products such as Firewalls, Microsoft Intune, and Multi-factor authentication systems to keep digital assets safe.
  • Expert-level experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Strong knowledge of Server OS, Windows OS, Mac OS, Android, and iOS, and MS Office applications.
  • Be able to troubleshoot network components including switches, wireless and firewalls.

Nice to Have:

  • ICT Industry-based certifications or accreditations such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft - Windows 10, Microsoft 365
  • Experience in Azure Automation
  • Experience with internal and client-facing technical work and consulting services.
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems, such as Autotask or ConnectWise.
  • Knowledge of any of the following technologies: Duo MFA, Okta, JAMF, SCCM, Hyper-V.

What will you do?

  • Work as part of a delivery team that is focused on outcomes whilst delivering exceptional service to our clients.
  • Undertake timely engagement and ongoing communication with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are being met and expectations are being managed.
  • Manage daily monitoring tasks, resolving issues that can be sorted quickly, escalate to Technical Services when needed, or Support Center when resources constraints exist.
  • Provide operational support to clients, ensuring system issues are dealt promptly and efficiently whether they are completed remotely or onsite.
  • Support in-place systems and proactively identify where improvements can be made.
  • Provide support and/or escalation across the business at all levels with on-the-job training, creating knowledge bases/guides and general guidance.
  • Complete all operational actions and tasks in accordance with the company procedures, standards, and policies.
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of security standards.
  • Assist in defining and developing new ways of working which deliver value to our clients.
  • Provide Level 1 2 systems troubleshooting and helpdesk support, including end-user devices, such as laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
  • Daily hands-on interaction with network, systems, cloud, and voice troubleshooting.
