Position:Learning Solutions Specialist

Working Hours:US business hours (PST)

Hiring Company:We run customer service operations for e-commerce stores, providing customer service agents as well as customer service operation management and infrastructure improvements (workflow improvements, reporting, AI, etc.). We launched in 2015 and have a fully remote team of 100+ employees in the Philippines (including Managers, Client Management, Sales, etc.) and a great culture.

Position Summary:

As a Learning Solutions Specialist, you will support the learning needs of both performing and non performing agents. Administers training needs analysis to assess performance gaps and best practices among agents. Communicate with stakeholders the progress of various training classes conducted.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Facilitating Virtual Training
  2. Observe and provide coaching/feedback to existing trainers facilitating classes
  3. Conduct learning sessions geared towards Classroom Management and Facilitation
  4. Provide a weekly summary report to the LSM
  5. Partner with the LSM to standardize training modules-ensuring alignment with newprocess and methodologies

Requirements

Work Experience:

(* items are required)

  1. * Minimum 3 years work experience(BPO/Virtual/CS) in the following fields
    1. 1 year or more as an agent
    2. 2 years or more as a Lead trainer/mentor/facilitator
  2. Experience facilitating training classes in various ways
  3. Working knowledge in the Adult Learning Principles, Methods of Instructional Designincluding modern and traditional training methods.
  4. Experience conducting training needs analysis is preferred but not required
  5. Working knowledge with MS Office Apps and G SuiteApps

  3. Skilled in classroom facilitation
  4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  5. Able to exercise time management and multi task effectively
  6. Able to exercise good decision making and problem solving skills

Qualifications Required:

  1. * Remote work ready:
    1. stable high speed internet with backup
    2. computer (laptop or desktop) with recommended quad core CPU 2.5hgz+, RAM 8GB+, and dual monitor
    3. headset, mic, and webcam for meetings
    4. focused workspace.
  2. * Fluent in conversational english written and verbal.
  3. Ideally, at least 1 year of work from home experience
