Position : Media Specialist
Work Hours (Client): M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM, PST
Pay Range : $900-1,500 USD/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Report on client campaign performance utilizing third-party reporting and visualization tools including, but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, FB/IG ads
- Conduct pub/events/industry/audience research
- Coordinate with media vendors for IOs, asset requirements, trafficking, and reporting
- Create and manage campaign workbooks (excel files containing all moving parts/assets)
- Check-in with internal team/vendors for monthly pacing + QC progress
- Manage end-of-month budget tracking and reconciliation across channels
- Assist with setting up platforms and gaining proper access (Google ads, GTM, GA, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing/paid ads specialist
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint Excel
- Knowledge and expertise in digital media channels including but not limited to Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media channels
- Experience working with Google Analytics software and tools
- Experience with project management and setup is a plus
- Prior exposure to the life sciences industry is a plus
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with a strong ability to generate campaign performance insights
- Must have a team player attitude with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, project management, writing, and organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Comfortable working with individuals at all levels of the client organization, including strong skills in interacting with senior-level management
- Comfortable assisting with developing the scope of work, estimates, and timelines for new business opportunities

- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, or related field
