Job Title: Amazon Specialist

Schedule: Monday - Friday with atleast 4 hrs overlap with EST

Salary Range: 1,000 - 1,600 USD per month

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating promos/deals and presenting multiple financial scenarios
• Tracking daily and weekly sales velocity on ASINs to ensure we're maintaining organic ranking and health inventory positions
• Auditing listings for content and working with SAS, Seller support, or Launchpad support to correct issues with titles, pictures, A+, etc.
• Collecting and responding to Amazon 1 amp; 2-star reviews by requesting feedback through Amazon's contact system or providing refunds to customers
• Tracking and implementing Variations
• Implementing A/B tests via MYE to optimize product content
• Updating Amazon brand stores and A+ content
• Working with the operations team to optimize shipments into Amazon and address any issues
• Addressing any stranded inventory
• Reporting Amazon key KPIs - Sales - return rates - in-stock rates- IPI
• Tracking inventory aging to limit LTS fees
• Tracking buy box win rate and reporting any losses in the BB to 3p sellers or pricing issues

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Has atleast 3 years of previous experience in Amazon 3p
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central (support tickets, listings, performance reporting), keyword research abilities, and account performance monitoring skills.
• Understanding of e-commerce principles, including product listing optimization, inventory management, SEO, and online marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, suppliers, and customers.
• Superb at execution, prior experience with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) preferred, exceptionally high-performing, and focused on delivering results.
