Job Title:Marketing Assistant
Working hours: 9 am to 6 am MST | 12:00 am to 8:00 am Philippine Time
Salary:$1500/ month

We are currently seeking a highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive and a self motivated Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, in a combination of images, short form video, and written content.
- Social Media Management: Manage and schedule posts across all social media platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and identify trends to improve content strategy.
- Email Marketing: Help in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and tracking performance metrics.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to identify opportunities and make recommendations for marketing strategies.
- Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, both online and offline, including webinars, trade shows, and product launches.
- Graphic Design: Basic graphic design tasks such as creating social media graphics, email banners, and other marketing collateral using design tools.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries.
- Understand the company mission, brand, color palette, and marketing tone, and maintain alignment with the company’s values Continued personal and professional development
Requirements
- Proven experience working with online brands, startups, or working within a marketing team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software).
- Proficient in Social Media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Highly detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred skills: video editing and creation, as well as AI content creation tools (Jasper, ChatGPT4.0, Otter, or sim)
