The ideal project-based candidate will be responsible for analyzing and mapping out the current structure of training materials in Talent LMS, developing a comprehensive migration plan, and ensuring the accurate transfer of content.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map out the current structure of training materials in Talent LMS.
- Develop a comprehensive migration plan to transfer content to LearnUpon, including timelines and milestones.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand specific course requirements and customization needs in the new LMS.
- Ensure that all training materials, including multimedia content, quizzes, and user data, are accurately and efficiently migrated.
- Test and validate the functionality of courses in LearnUpon to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Provide technical support and training to staff and trainers on how to use the new LMS effectively.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the migration process.
- Document the migration process and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Work with the LMS vendors as needed to resolve technical challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience with learning management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience providing technical support and training preferred.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles is a plus.
- Willing to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST). This is during the graveyard shift in Manila Time
- With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above amp; Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
