Responsibilities:
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, including cost per qualified lead, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Generate insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes based on data analysis.
- Employ effective headhunting strategies to identify and attract top talent for key positions, especially difficult-to-fill special requests.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to engage passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop targeted sourcing approaches.
- Manage the end-to-end process of launching job postings on recruitment platforms, with a focus on Workable.
- Optimize job descriptions and postings to attract qualified candidates and enhance visibility.
- Monitor job performance metrics and make adjustments to improve reach and engagement.
- Develop and manage recruitment budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve hiring goals.
- Conduct financial analysis to track recruitment costs, forecast expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Utilize spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) to organize, analyze, and present recruitment data.
- Create and maintain databases to track candidate pipelines, interview outcomes, and other relevant metrics.
- Design custom reports and dashboards to visualize recruitment performance and facilitate decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, data analysis, or a related role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of headhunting techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in using recruitment job boards, particularly Workable, for posting and managing jobs.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of budgeting principles and financial analysis techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data management and reporting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting.
- Willing to work on the Pacific Standard Time schedule, this is a graveyard shift
