Position: Creative Designer

Salary Range: 1,500 - 2500 USD/ month

Working Schedule: M-F. 40 hrs/week, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Holiday: TBD

Responsibilities:

• Utilize a diverse range of design skills across various aspects including but not limited to graphic design, web design, UX/UI design, and branding.
• Exhibit the ability to problem-solve creatively, finding innovative solutions to design briefs and client requirements.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision, taking ownership of projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet project objectives and exceed expectations.
• Communicate effectively and confidently, being comfortable in explaining design concepts and rationale to individuals who may not have a background in design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience and/or a comprehensive portfolio of work samples showcasing your UX, UI, and visual design for mobile apps and websites
• Proficiently use design software such as Figma and Photoshop to create high-quality visual assets and designs.
• Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign for vector graphics, layout design, and print media.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and outputs.
• With a comprehensive portfolio of work samples showcasing your designs
