Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manages the team and come up with new ideas on maximizing efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person.
• Delegate work as necessary.
• Meet or exceed individual/team targets
• Will do productive and administrative work
• Handles customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• A minimum 6 months of experience as a Customer Service Team lead is required
• Must be proficient in using EMR tool/s
• Possesses strong communication and written skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word and Excel is advantageous
• Capable of adapting to a fast-paced training environment
• Must be detail-oriented and displays critical thinking
• With pleasing personality.
• Being an Extrovert is advantageous.
