Account specific roles amp; responsibilities:

• Back office reporting and report reconciliation
• Reconciling bed board of admission and discharge with the front desk sign in sheet
• Checking reports in an EMR system
• Inputting vitals into excel, reporting to proper departments
• Maintain and update relevant information in the system

Requirements

• At least 6 months of BPO Healthcare Experience related to any Health Programs
• Good to excellent communications (both verbal amp; written) and detail oriented.
• Experience in any EMR tool.
• Organized and keen attention to details.
• Problem-Solving Skills - Being able to analyze situations and find solutions to customer efficiently
• Time Management - ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize customer needs
• Adaptability - adapt to different customer personalities and scenarios.
• Willing to work onsite in MAKATI - possibility of being a WFH setup
• Amenable working Night shifts
