About the role:

I need someone to come in and help me research ideas, double down on content that's working, and create the latest things that are working.

I need someone to come in and show a proactive attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve all of the personal brands

• Create compelling short-form and carousel content.
• Share 10-15 video ideas a week that are trending/viral in my industry (property) and others. If others, how we can replicate that based on the content we have and create it?
• Use data insights for optimization.
• Research Topics
• Manage content calendars and craft engaging captions.
• Use Slack and Google for effective team coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Proficient in Canva, Slack, and Google Suite
• Proven experience working with bigger brands (client currently has 225K followers so more than that)
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
