Position : Social Media Marketer

Salary Range : $1000-$1500

Working Hours : 9AM - 5PM Central Standard Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop social media marketing campaigns
• Post content created by others to the company's blog and to social media
• Interact with customers via the company’s social media and blog accounts
• Create and adhere to a calendar of social media campaigns with approval from management
• Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes, and measure the campaigns' performance against the KPIs
• Reporting an interpreting the KPIs
• Design graphics and visuals for digital marketing campaigns, such as email and social media campaigns and blog posts.
• Design graphics for use on web pages and other marketing projects
• Selection and editing of appropriate stock photography from our stock provider for use in social media, email, and online
• Manage and organize design assets and files
• Editing and creating attractive blog posts and pages in WordPress using the Avada theme (prefer Avada experience)
• Other tasks as may be assigned by management

Requirements

• Proficient in Social Media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• 1-3 years of proven graphic design experience and strong proficiency using graphic design software.
• Must provide a portfolio of both their graphics design and social media work.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written communication skills. The ability to communicate in English is of primary importance
• Software skills: Microsoft Office products, graphics design software such as Photoshop, WordPress experience preferred, video editing as needed for social media posts
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Requires minimal supervision while keeping management aware of all activity and issues
