Job Title: Project Manager
Schedule: M-F, flexible 8 working hours between 7am-7pm CST
Salary Range: $1,000-2,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of custom software development projects, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and vision, while also ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, keeping all clients and internal stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Coordinate with the development team, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to both clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities for both the client and the development team, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining high-quality client communication, providing regular updates, and managing expectations effectively.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables meets both client expectations and company standards.
• Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution within the project team and with clients.
• Monitor project performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure resource availability and allocation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager and/or Software Developer. Experience in the software development industry is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle, methodologies and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding client communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project objectives.
• Familiarity with no-code and low-code development platforms such as Airtable, Zapier, Make.com is a plus.
• Familiarity using ClickUp to manage projects is a plus.
