Position : Talent Acquisition Sourcing
Work Hours : Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM Central time (10PM to 7AM Philippine time)
Pay Range : $ 900 - 1,500/month

On any given day we are recruiting for positions that fall into several different industry verticals and span every functional area. As our Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will assist in talent pipelining, screening, and sourcing that ranges from C-Suite roles to manager level positions.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and distribution of captivating job descriptions across multiple platforms
- In-depth role research as it relates to geographies, titles, compensation, etc.
- Review and screen resumes to identify candidate fit
- Coordinate/schedule interviews and provide candidates with necessary information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (Lever)
- Fully integrate communication via our CRM (Copper)
- Pipeline talent for long term talent needs and strategic planning
- Develop sourcing strategies for passive talent
- Use LinkedIn’s Recruiter platform to outreach candidates
Requirements
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and systems minded thinking
- Strong pattern matching and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Experience with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRMs
