About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Handles ticket support for all IT requests.
- Technical support for computer hardware, software, and specialized mainframe technology or operates a multi- platform.
- Administer user accounts, sets up and configures desktop computers,and accounts assigning security level.
- Installs software and tests programs within guidelines.
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action and escalates to other technical resources when needed.
- Maintains, updates systems, databases and other web tools as assigned by the IT Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related course and experience
- Knowledgeable in Computer and Technology support
- Good communication skills
- Experience IT/Network Administrator or similar
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong work ethic must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
