Salary Range : USD 900-1500/month
Working Hours : Central Hours (Initially): Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. There is a possibility of transitioning to Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

About you
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to spearhead our sales efforts. As the leader of sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue opportunities. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to be the expert in all things sales-related for our company.
Main Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the sales process and drive it forward to meet and exceed targets.
- Improve the existing sales script to enhance effectiveness and drive better results.
- Provide innovative ideas on how to generate higher quality leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Handle objections effectively and close deals promptly.
- Utilize CRM tools, particularly Kintone, to streamline sales processes and track performance metrics.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to help them reach their full potential.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support in achieving company goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of proven success in sales, demonstrating a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in both individual sales roles and leading sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, with experience in Kintone preferred.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
