Position: Partner Support Associate
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm EST
Salary Range: 900-1500USD
Holiday: TBD
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create amp; process quotes and orders for Distributor partners, using Salesforce,
PandaDoc, and email to communicate with all necessary parties
- Deliver efficient service to all requests with a thorough knowledge offerings and high attention to detail.
- Help partners navigate questions about their orders and assist with removing obstacles during any part of their experience. Internally ask, how can I best remove roadblocks for this partner? and what else would make this a better experience for the partner?
- Support with all forecasting amp; sales operations related tasks, including following up on past due opportunities to ensure a clean database
- Continually learn new software tricks amp; tips to improve your own efficiency with the systems and support you are able to provide
- Support with miscellaneous tasks such as reporting, data collection, etc
Requirements
- Prior experience working with suppliers and commercial partners, and/or insurance/billing is preferred
- Strong empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence is a MUST. You will be providing exceptional service based on the specific needs of each partner
- Ability to multi-task with accuracy and meet deadlines
- +2 years of experience in customer service with strong conversational skills
- Tech fluency with the ability to quickly adapt and apply software (G Suite, Front, Shopify, Slack)
- A natural enthusiasm for resolving problems in an ever-evolving environment
- Handle confidential information with extreme care
- Exceptional reading and writing skills
- Administrative and organizational skills
