Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues such as password resets, software installations, and connectivity problems
  • Escalate more complex issues to higher-level support as needed
  • Document customer interactions and issue resolution in a ticketing system
