Position: Technical Customer Support Representative
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST/CST / 9pm or pam-6am-7am Ph Time
Salary Range: 1250-2500$/month
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer to customer concerns and issues via email
- Troubleshoot with the the customers and provide resolution to technical problems
- Make sure to respond to customer emails in a timely manner and prioritize customer satisfaction
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least a year of experience working for a SaaS company or as a technical support rep.
- Takes ownership and is fond of looking for options to resolve customer issues
- Good to Excellent communication skills (C1+ English proficiency)
- Organized and tech-savvy
- Tools to be proficient in: Gmail and MS Excel
