Job Description
Salary: P90,000 to P100,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday Friday (09:30 AM - 06:30 PM EST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Has CPA certification or is actively working towards it. Demonstrates technical competence through a degree qualification and relevant professional accreditation.
- Has 3 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on governmental not-for-profit audit and single audit.
- Ability to apply technical knowledge to address client-related issues and solve complex business problems.
- With a strong ability to demonstrate consulting skills, comprehend client businesses, and propose effective solutions.
- Proficient in preparing financial statements from a trial balance system.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end Audit engagement processes.
What will you do?
- Completes audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings.
- Complies with federal, state, and local security legal requirements by studying existing and new security legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements.
- Ensures equitable distribution of client work and opportunities for growth and development.
- Continually seeks client feedback as to quality of work, to continually exceed client expectations.
- Establish and nurtures ongoing strong and effective working relationships with peer client levels.
- Use effective communication skills active listening and questioning to understand the client’s business and their needs to identify opportunities to sell services.
- Determine client expectations and be responsive to clients to motivate and influence them.
- Respectfully address diverse customer service needs and interest.
- Understands the backgrounds of their clients and the cultures they live in.
