Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required. Ability to handle inquiries professionally and effectively with adherence to the company's tone of voice.

- High attention to detail and ability to follow through with requests are essential.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership by working independently, proactively identifying and addressing needs, and implementing solutions to improve processes.
What will you do?
- Lead the charge on our HubSpot campaigns. Craft compelling email templates, personalize content, and manage our database for targeted and impactful communication.
- Be the first point of contact, promptly addressing inquiries or diligently escalating them within established service level agreements.
- Oversee our ClickUp board, keeping everyone on track by preparing meeting agendas, setting up workflow templates, and ensuring project efficiency.
- Manage our video and photo drive, ensuring all event and activity media are centrally stored, properly named, and easily accessible to collaborating teams.
- Compile weekly statistics from our HubSpot emails and communications activities, providing insights into engagement and performance.
