Position: Sales Development Representative (Full-time)
Salary: 1000-1200 USD/month (depends on skills and years of experience)
Working Hours: M-F 10am to 6pm EST (11pm to 7am Philippine Standard Time)

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the HR tech space through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Qualify leads to determine their match to our ICP, understand their specific needs, and assess how our solutions can meet those needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our product
- Organize leads and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team
- Must be familiar with Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Suite
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role
- Must be familiar with Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Suite
- Good to Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong prospecting and lead qualification abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
