ClearSource is looking for a Company Driver to work with our Administration professionals. If you are a logistics driver with a strong knowledge of road safety and prior experience in a corporate set up with the same role, then this opportunity is for you!
What you will do as a Company Driver
- Operate a company vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
- Transport employees, goods, materials, and/or company guests to and from various locations.
- Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel consumption.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies and procedures.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues and ensure their security and safety.
- Pick up and drop off clients and executive leaders from/to the airport when they come to visit ClearSource, be flexible with their time, and be willing to go the extra mile when the company has major events such as year-end parties, company outings, and Basketball league.
- Comply with additional rules such as no smoking and no texting while driving.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What ClearSource Needs from You
· Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience as a company driver
· Must possess a valid driver's license
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Good knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
· Working knowledge of local roads and routes
