We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asana expert to help us set up Asana in our agency. The ideal candidate will review our current set up and improve it so that it is more mature and can support much larger amounts of information.
We'll need your help tostreamline and solidify our workflow and automation processes to enhance productivity and efficiency across all departments. Your set up process will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects and tasks are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess our current Asana setup and identify areas for improvement in workflow, project management, and automation.
- Design, set up and implement a comprehensive Asana strategy that aligns with our goals and workflows.
- Develop custom Asana templates, dashboards, and reports to meet the unique needs of different teams.
- Train staff on best practices for using Asana, including task management, project tracking, and effective communication within the platform.
- Integrate Asana with other tools and software (Pipedrive, Microsoft) to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Review and update Asana configurations and processes to accommodate evolving project requirements and team dynamics.
- Provide support and advice to end users on how to leverage Asana for maximum productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Asana consultant, expert, or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful workflow optimization projects.
- Deep understanding of Asana's features, capabilities, and best practices.
- Experience in automating processes, and workflows and integrating Asana with other tools and software.
- Excellent training and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to team members.
- Have experience setting up automation and workflows for large teams and organizations.
- Experience in using Pipedrive is a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Available to work on Asian or European timezones.
