LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Job title: Customer Success Manager

Salary: USD 1,500-2,000

Schedule:

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand our customers' goals and objectives, and develop strategies to help them achieve success using our products and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the best possible customer experience.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure customer success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to maximize the value of our products.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer success or account management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
