LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINES - BASED CANDIDATES

Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 10:00AM-6:00PM EST/ 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Philippine time

Holidays : Philippine holiday

Salary : 800 - 900 USD (plus commission)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Secure bookings of lectures at senior citizen communities.
• Generate new business opportunities through Internet research, cold calling, and email outreach.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of current offerings to prospects and fully understand their needs.
• Achieve monthly quotas and provide regular reports on achievements, especially in the beginning weeks as you settle into the job. These will be discussed in the hiring process.

Requirements

• Must speak perfect English.
• Experience in sales and lead generation strongly preferred.
• Experience with a CRM named Active Campaign strongly preferred, but candidates with other CRM experience will be considered.
• Must have reliable access to the Internet.
• Must be available during United States business hours.
• Marketing experience a plus.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers, is ideal.
• Computer competence is essential.
• Being highly motivated, competitive, and innovative are key characteristics for success.
