As a Product Manager, work closely with the lead product manager, playing a pivotal role in leading a high-performing team through the entire product lifecycle. Focus on strategic planning, product roadmapping, and identifying new opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Thinking: Formulate effective business models and contribute to strategic planning processes.
Prioritization: Manage trade-offs and prioritization considering stakeholder experience, business impact, development team capabilities, performance, and post-launch support.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with tech, data, and BI teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases of products, tools, data pipelines, and PBI dashboards.
Product Lifecycle Management: Shape, create, and oversee activities spanning product definition and planning through production and release.
Requirements
Multiple years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or IT Project Management.
Technical Background: Background in areas such as software development, business analysis, or related fields to ensure a solid technical understanding.
Agile Methodology: Proficient in an agile work approach and open to continuous learning, unlearning, and adjusting to enhance productivity.
