Position :Marketing Specialist
Work Hours : Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Salary Range :1,000-1,500 USD (Depending on the interview result and client’s
approval)

Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Take an active role in managing and executing marketing campaigns, from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with our goals.
- KPIs and Reporting: Develop and monitor key performance indicators for marketing activities, creating detailed reports to track success and areas for improvement.
- Content Creation: Assist with producing engaging and valuable content for our website, blog, and social media platforms, aimed at attracting and converting target audiences.
- Landing Page Development: Build effective landing pages that enhance lead generation efforts and customer engagement.
- Ad Budget Management: Oversee the advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Lead Generation: Spearhead lead generation initiatives through a mix of organic and paid acquisition channels, including pay-per-click campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
- Strategy and Experimentation: Continuously develop and refine marketing strategies, experimenting with new acquisition channels and tactics to drive qualified traffic.
- Performance Analysis: Measure the performance of all marketing campaigns, gaining insights to adjust strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Market Analysis: Assist with research consumer behavior and competitors to adapt marketing and advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Relationship Building: Establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
- Material Oversight: Oversee the creation and approval of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand and campaign objectives.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of relevant experience in the role
- Must have used the following tools: WebFlow, Google Analytics, PostHog; for Advertising: Google Ads, Reddit, YouTube
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferably with:
- Experience with B2B SaaS.
- Knowledge/Previous experience in IT Space
