Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach and Communication:
- Initiate contact with potential clients to explain our services and assess their eligibility for government grants.
- Establish rapport and maintain ongoing communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing information.
- Sales Presentations:
- Conduct informative and empathetic presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services in a clear and compelling manner.
- Customize sales pitches based on the specific needs and circumstances of each individual.
- Service Selling and Fee Explanation:
- Clearly articulate our fee structure based on the client's potential return from government grants.
- Tailor discussions to demonstrate the value proposition of our services in assisting clients with their financial needs.
- Documentation and Follow-Up:
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, maintaining a comprehensive record of communication.
- Follow up with leads to gauge interest, address concerns, and guide them through the application process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience
- Female candidate is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and understanding towards the challenges faced by individuals living with disabilities.
- Ability to adapt sales approaches to diverse client needs.
- Tools: any CRM tool, Web browser, and Google Workspace
