Duties and Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach and Communication:
• Initiate contact with potential clients to explain our services and assess their eligibility for government grants.
• Establish rapport and maintain ongoing communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing information.
• Sales Presentations:
• Conduct informative and empathetic presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services in a clear and compelling manner.
• Customize sales pitches based on the specific needs and circumstances of each individual.
• Service Selling and Fee Explanation:
• Clearly articulate our fee structure based on the client's potential return from government grants.
• Tailor discussions to demonstrate the value proposition of our services in assisting clients with their financial needs.
• Documentation and Follow-Up:
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, maintaining a comprehensive record of communication.
• Follow up with leads to gauge interest, address concerns, and guide them through the application process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience
• Female candidate is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and understanding towards the challenges faced by individuals living with disabilities.
• Ability to adapt sales approaches to diverse client needs.
• Tools: any CRM tool, Web browser, and Google Workspace
