Job Description

Salary: P90,000-120,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8.00 AM - 5.00 PM AEST) Must be flexible to work After Shift Hours and on weekends if needed.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Software support/IT related or similar role as a L2.5 to L3 Service Desk Support in an MSP environment.
  • Experience with providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. Proven ability to communicate effectively using written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good understanding of Windows server (2016, 2019) amp; desktop support and administration (Win10, Win11), knowledge and experience with networking infrastructure, design, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with the Microsoft stack strong knowledge of Office 365 and Azure/Entra, and administration of these platforms is a must.

Nice to Have:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to work through a problem and reverse-engineer a solution.
  • The following certifications will be highly regarded: ITIL, AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-140, Networking specialization (Cisco, Fortinet, AZ-700).
  • Alignment and certification with ITIL frameworks and guidelines are highly recommended.

What will you do?

  • Ensure all Solutions Support tickets logged with the Solutions Helpdesk are managed within agreed-to Service Level Agreements
  • Ability to act as a mentor and provide coaching amp; guidance to other members within the Service Desk, assisting with tickets and escalations.
  • Assist SD Team Leader and Service Desk Manager by monitoring technician queues and workloads, and stepping in to provide technical assistance, that tickets are being worked through efficiently.
  • Ensure escalations to architects and 3rd party vendors are actively managed. inclusive of Communication plan
  • Identification of self-development opportunities through appropriate training
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for streamlining processes and workflows through automation are essential.
