With a thriving community of tens of thousands of users, we're seeking passionate individuals to spearhead our support team and actively engage with our dynamic user base.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Customer Success Specialist at Noloco, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our users, guiding them through their journey from initial signup to proficient application creation. In addition to providing top-notch support, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our educational resources, crafting insightful guides and courses to empower our users for success.

SCOPE OF WORK:

  • User Engagement: Respond promptly to user inquiries across various channels such as in-app chat, community forums, Slack, etc., offering clear, empathetic, and effective solutions to address their needs.
  • Technical Support: Assist users with technical issues, account-related queries, and billing inquiries to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Collect Feedback: Actively gather user insights, communicate them to relevant teams, and contribute to product roadmap prioritization. Identify areas of user struggle and excellence to inform product improvements.
  • Educational Content Creation: Based on user support interactions, develop and refine Noloco's user guides and courses within the Noloco University platform.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales amp; Marketing teams to optimize user communication and direct conversations appropriately.



Qualifications:

  • Product Passion: Strong enthusiasm for Noloco with a desire to deepen understanding.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal English skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and positively to non-technical users.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to solicit team input to achieve objectives. Experience with no-code tools is preferred.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working remotely and autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in Customer Success roles at similar or larger companies.
  • Tools Familiarity: Proficiency with tools like Noloco, Airtable, Zapier, Make, Slack, HubSpot, Intercom, or similar platforms.
  • Content Creator: Experience creating engaging content such as articles, videos, or courses.
