The Marketing amp; Sales Associate (MSA) plays a crucial role in content creation, marketing, and sales efforts to enhance the client's presence and user base. The MSA will work closely with the Founder to produce and market content and engage with prospects to convert them into active users/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Showcase Compilation: Collaborate with the Founder to collect, organize, and upload media files to Visie’s server. This includes downloading images and videos from provided links, documenting Cast and Crew information, and entering data into a Visie spreadsheet. Eventually, the MSA will independently curate content based on established criteria.
• Article Creation: SEO Articles: Generate SEO-optimized articles using keywords identified via ahrefs, with support from ChatGPT.
• New Articles: Monitor trade news sites, select relevant news for our audience, and rewrite these for publication on Visie.
• Interview Articles: Transform interviews conducted by the Founder into engaging articles for the website.
• Marketing:
• Instagram Content: Assist in creating engaging content for Instagram reels and stories, utilizing the platform's native tools.
• Email Newsletter: Compile and send a monthly newsletter featuring product updates, showcase highlights, and industry news, utilizing Hubspot for template creation.
• Sales:
• Instagram Engagement: Reach out to professionals featured on Visie via Instagram messages to highlight the benefits of joining the directory.
• Cold Calling: Contact local businesses and professionals to promote the advantages of directory membership.

Requirements

• English Proficiency: Fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Technological Proficiency: Experienced with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Hubspot, Instagram, Notion, Telegram, ahrefs, and ChatGPT.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability in file management, scheduling, and proactive project management.
• Clear Communication: Effective asynchronous communication skills, primarily via Notion, Telegram, and Email.
• Industry Passion: A keen interest in photo, film, and video production, with an ability to align with the Founder’s vision.
