osition: AI-Enhanced Graphic Designer
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM EST
Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,300/ month

We are seeking a talented amp; creative AI-Enhanced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a deep understanding of how AI technology can enhance the creative process. This role will involve utilizing AI tools and software platforms to revolutionize our design approach, with a focus on incorporating cut-out photos to create lifestyle imagery and leveraging AI to generate new design concepts. The position is focused on production and design tasks, including the ability to develop new products using AI and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. And the candidate should be prepared to work on a variety of tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Utilize AI technology to enhance the design process, including incorporating cut-out photos to create lifestyle imagery and exploring AI tools for generating new design concepts.
- Create visually stunning designs that align with project goals and client expectations.
- Produce a variety of shapes and ideas based on input from designers and clients.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.
- Develop and execute design concepts for various projects, including print and digital media.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies in the design industry.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a focus on production/design
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools or the following: Adobe Illustrator with Adobe Sensei, Canva, Affinity Designer, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop with Adobe Sensei, and Sketch.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its application in graphic design.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with the ability to generate innovative concepts.
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work and preferably including AI design projects.
- Passion for design and a desire to create visually appealing designs
- Must have a laptop with Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred:
- Experience in utilizing AI technology to enhance the design process.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their applications in graphic design.
- Previous experience in incorporating AI-generated content into design projects.
