Position : Graphic Designer
Work Hours (Client) : Flexible hours 40 hours/week | Mon - Fri
Holidays : PH Holidays
Pay Range : $800-$1200/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

We help women share their faith in style through apparel and accessories. And we donate a portion of every order to Christian charities like Compassion International.
Established in 2017, we’re a small team of ~10. We are always looking for multi-talented contributors who are creative, willing to share ideas, eager to learn, and passionate about our mission.
Our business is hybrid with some employees remote and others located in our office in Tucson, Arizona. The in-person team is in charge of warehousing products, shipping packages, and customer service. Our remote team manages product development and marketing.
As a graphic designer, you will be tasked with product ideation, t-shirt design, social media design (static images and videos), and more!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product research and development
- Identify visual trends across social media
- Conduct competitive research
- Create organic social media content (image and video)
- Create unique social media ads
- Create graphic designs for merch (t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, etc)
- Create mood boards on Pinterest
This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing and will work hand in hand with another graphic designer.
The new team member will be expected to immerse themselves in the space, contribute new ideas, work independently at times, and work collaboratively at others.
They will have the opportunity to see the full lifecycle of a product, from ideation to design to manufacturing and launch. They are not required to work U.S. hours. However, they will be expected to attend video calls during U.S. hours from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Creative problem solving
- 2+ years of related experience, ideally in the e-commerce space or women’s fashion
- 2+ years of experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or related software
- Familiarity with Canva and/or video editing software
- Previous experience with a successful e-commerce brand would be huge plus
- Above Average English Communication Skills
