Position: Salesforce Developer

Salary Range: 1800 2200 USD per month

Working Schedule: M-F,7am-3pm EST or 8am-4pm EST is preferred.

Holiday: TBD

Responsibilities:

• Integration of financial salesforce solutions at professional services firms
• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flow, and Lightning App Builder.
• Customize Salesforce features to meet business requirements, including but not limited to custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components to extend Salesforce functionality as needed.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and Salesforce administrators.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications preferred.
• 3+ years of experience developing Salesforce solutions, including declarative configuration and programmatic development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
