• Installing, configurating and maintaining relevant applications being used within the organization
• Fine-tuning of configuration of application settings for optimal performance
• Applying OS/security patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
• Analyzing processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement
• Maintaining the security of the organization's IT systems and data. Ensuring that IT processes are followed by IT staff, adhering to security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Creates and maintains technical and process documentation. Propose Knowledge changes and update existing process documents
• Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Performing ad hoc IT-operations related assignments and projects as required

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years Systems Administrator experience in a BPO setting or similar
• ExcellentVerbal and Written Englishcommunication skills
• Ability to think outside the box, analytical regarding complexsituations
• Amenable working onsite in MAKATIand MANDALUYONG
• Willing to work Night Shifts
