Account specific roles amp; responsibilities:

• Address concerns via incoming calls

• Answer inquiries thru messages via simple text

• Do outbound calls to homecare aids and facilities

• Other admin task like sorting folders and files

Job Description:

• Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).
• Resolve issues amp; accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
• Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
• Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.

Requirements

• At least 6 months experience
• Excellent verbal amp; written communication skills
• Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to a changing work environment
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in using computer systems amp; relevant software
