This is a FULL-TIME role, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, MIDSHIFT.
This is an office-based position in central Cebu City.
The expected start date is March 2024.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a FIELD MARKETING OFFICER, you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating and immersive experiences for trade show attendees. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and design skills while representing our cutting-edge AI software technology company. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand our goals, target audience, and key messages. Your responsibilities will include developing visually stunning booth designs that align with our brand identity and objectives. You will create high-quality graphics and visual elements that effectively communicate our messages and enhance the overall experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of our trade show participation, ensuring seamless booth setup, shipping arrangements, and equipment setup. With your keen eye for design, you will optimize the layout and composition to maximize visual impact and visitor engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop visually captivating booth designs that align with our brand identity and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand goals, target audience, and key messages.
- Create high-quality graphics and visual elements that effectively communicate our messages.
- Coordinate logistics for trade show participation, including booth setup, shipping, and equipment setup.
- Ensure consistent application of our brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Optimize layout and composition to maximize visual impact and visitor engagement.
- Utilize 3D visualization tools to present realistic renderings of booth designs.
- Manage print production and collaborate with vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into designs and experiences.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, providing design recommendations and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience with at least 5 years in graphic design, preferably with a strong focus on booth design or event design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modelling/rendering tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of booth designs and other relevant graphic design work.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts to clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
