Account specific roles amp; responsibilities:

• Inbound amp; outbound calls from customers or healthcare providers
• Checking patient's insurance status

Job Description

• Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).
• Resolve issues amp; accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
• Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
• Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of BPO healthcare work experience
• Knowledge in Authorization is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Amenable to work ONSITE in Buendia, Makati
• Willing to work on night shifts
