Job Description

LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINES - BASED CANDIDATES

Position: Customer Service Representative

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Flexible, the best overlap is around 11 am EST

Holidays: PH Holidays plus 10 business days of PTO are provided annually

Salary: Up to 1600 CAD per month (depending on the client’s final offer)

About the Role:

A great customer support representative knows how to relate to anybody, but they're especially good with frustrated people. Instead of taking things personally, they intuitively understand where the other person is coming from and they know to both prioritize and swiftly communicate that empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Inbound support tickets, and emails, and generally triaging things in HubSpot
  • Be able to accommodate any inquiries from our clients
  • Go from "dropping the ball" status to "overwhelmingly awesome and memorable" customer success
  • Be on the front line and become the first customer’s point of contact
  • Provide, and oversee resolutions for customers’ tickets
  • Escalate concerns if needed

Requirements

  • Has at least 1-2 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a similar customer support role.
  • Must be proficient in using Hubspot, and Slack
  • Has experience with using Smart lead, and/or Instant lead (Preferred)
  • Must have experience working and supporting mobile apps, and shipping services are very important.
  • Marketplace startup experience (Preferred)
  • Must have Good - Excellent Communication skills in both oral and written
  • Excellent time management and social skills, essential to managing a variety of support matters and providing amazing customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Has a keen eye and attention to detail.
  • Must have a Positive attitude.
  • Willing to use a Time Tracker, performance will be evaluated on the quantity and quality of responses.
