Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your extensive experience in headhunting to identify and engage top-tier talent for our Australian and New Zealand clients.
• Employ dynamic strategies to source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent search, and other relevant platforms.
• Demonstrate excellence in English to effectively communicate with candidates and convey job opportunities.
• Engage candidates primarily via phone calls to facilitate their application process and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in headhunting in Australia or North America
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search, and Indeed Talent Search to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates.
• Dynamic personality with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
